Your privacy is important to us and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain to you how Ignite Game Technologies Incorporated ("Ignite", "we" or "us") collect, use, and share information we obtain through your use of http://www.ignitegt.com, (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy does not govern our use of any information you provide to us when you call us, write to us, or communicate with us in any manner other than through the Site. Because the Internet is global, information about you that we collect or that you submit may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States of America) other than the one in which you reside. By using the Site, you explicitly consent to such use of your information and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 1, 2012.

Information We Automatically Collect.

We automatically collect certain information to help us understand how our users use the Site (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "Usage Data"). For example, each time you visit the Site we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and computer type, access time, the webpage from which you came, and the webpage(s) that you access during your visit. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any Personal Information (as defined below) that you provide to us through the Site (if any). Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)

Our third party advertising partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

Collection of Personal Information

Other than the Usage Data we do not collect any personal information. You can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information (such as your name, your e-mail address, or telephone number) by which someone could personally identify you (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "Personal Information").

Our Information Sharing Practices

• Generally. Except as otherwise described in this section of our Privacy Policy, we will never share, sell, rent, or trade your Usage Data with any third party.
• Advertisers. We may share your Usage Data to enable third parties who serve advertisements on the Site to deliver advertisements that will be relevant to you. We will not share any such information in a manner that would enable the advertiser to personally identify you.

Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we reserve the right to share any Usage Data: (i) in response to subpoenas, court orders, judicial proceedings, legal process served on our Web site, or as otherwise required by law (in the reasonable opinion of Ignite) with any government regulator, agency, or statutory body to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (ii) if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or property; (iii) if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding significant abuse of the Site's infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as voluminous spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of information); (iv) to our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us (in which case we will require such entities to honor this Privacy Policy); and (v) if we are acquired by or merged with another entity.

Links. The Site may contain links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any such other web sites and urge you to review such other web sites' privacy practices prior to submitting any information to such web sites.

Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. The Site is not intended for, and may not be used by, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 and we do not target the Site to children under the age of 13.
